Was responsible for building insights from research and the illustration style was revamped to match the brand language. Content was curated, working closely with the Growth director and the team. Within a month's time the follower rate spiked up to 200% and the engagement rate had a drastic rise. Below are snapshots of the social media stats.
Wrote an article on how cultural diversity is important for today's organisations. The article was picked up by noteworthy journal blog to publish it and got a 8.25% click through rate that is twice the average click through rate.
Wrote a piece on how to embrace failure and drawing examples from personal experience. The article was popular and had the highest engagement rate of 10.2%.
